Please read these terms carefully before using the Rarinet platform.
By accessing or using Rarinet ("the Platform", "the Service") operated by RARIDALI COMPANY LTD ("we", "our", "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including organisation administrators, employees, and any other individuals who access the Service under a registered organisation account (a "Tenant").
Rarinet is a cloud-based, multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resource Management (HRM) tools, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice where such changes materially affect your use of the Service.
To use the Service, your organisation must register and create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Each organisation receives a unique workspace identifier (subdomain).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
The organisation administrator is responsible for managing user access within their workspace, including creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts. RARIDALI COMPANY LTD is not liable for actions taken by users within your organisation's account.
You agree to keep your organisation profile, billing, and contact information accurate and up to date at all times.
Rarinet offers three subscription tiers — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — as described on our pricing page. Features available under each plan are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Uganda Shillings (UGX). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. We accept mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money) and bank transfer.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of your account. Access will be restored within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by applicable Ugandan law or at our sole discretion.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Mid-cycle upgrades are pro-rated.
All new organisations receive a one (1) month free trial upon registration. No payment information is required to start a trial.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All data you enter into the Platform — including employee records, financial data, and operational data — remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your organisation's data.
We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You may request an export of your organisation's data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will provide a copy in a standard format within 14 business days.
Upon account closure, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted unless we are legally required to retain it.
The Rarinet Platform, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of RARIDALI COMPANY LTD. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your active subscription period, solely for your organisation's internal business purposes.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RARIDALI COMPANY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures or force majeure events.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of a paid billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that poses a risk to the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Data will be retained for 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
